Life Dance has been serving Covington since 1997.  We are honored to be part of this wonderful community!  

We offer a variety of massage methodologies including Integrative Massage Therapy and other Specialty Massage Modalities.  Please see our Services & Rates page for a full description of what we can offer you.  We also offer chiropractic treatments, licensed counseling, and aromatherapy.

We are proud that our office is recommended by so many doctors throughout the area who recognize massage therapy as an effective form of pain and stress relief.

Laurie Oliver, LMT is the co-owner of Life Dance Wellness Center.  A native of Covington and Oxford, Georgia, Laurie studied at Oxford College, Emory University, and the Academy of Somatic Healing Arts.

Dr. David Pellington, DC, co-owner of Life Dance Wellness Center, offers Chiropractic, Specialized Muscle Therapy, Reconditioning, and Nutritional Counseling.  Dr. Pellington has specialized in physical rehab for over 40 years.  Prior to his becoming a chiropractor in 1984, he was a yoga instructor, exercise instructor, and  massage therapist.

Life Dance Wellness Center is pleased to announce a new addition to our practitioner family!

Nathan San Felipe has been a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) for over 10 years.
"I specialize in upper body work, focusing on the shoulders and neck, and I am skilled in both deep tissue massage and myofascial release. I take pride in working closely with clients to identify and treat specific areas of pain, helping them find lasting relief and improved mobility. My goal is always to provide personalized care that supports overall well-being."
